Turkey to send captured ISIL fighters home

Turkey has announced it will start extraditing captured Islamic State fighters to their home countries on Monday.

Interior Minister Suleyman Soylu on Friday took aim at unspecified European countries for stripping the fighters of their citizenship and refusing to repatriate them.

Ankara says it has about 1,200 of the militants in custody.
