Taliban says US peace deal to be signed at end of month, in first formal acknowledgement of the deal


Taliban leaders have said a deal with American setting out a withdrawal of United States troops will be signed by the end of the month.


The accord between the two long-standing enemies will be signed during a ceremony in the Qatari capital, Doha, according to the group’s spokesman Zabihullah Mujahed.
