San Diego man on FBI's Most Wanted Terrorist List faces new charges, $5M reward offered

SAN DIEGO -- The Federal Bureau of Investigation is offering a $5 million reward for information leading to the arrest of a San Diego man on the agency's Most Wanted Terrorist List.
