Islamic State Claims Responsibility for Deadly Attack on Afghan Prison

KABUL—Islamic State claimed responsibility for storming a prison in eastern Afghanistan holding hundreds of its members, in an attack that killed at least 29 people and allowed numerous inmates to escape.
