Army Private Sympathized With Islamic State, Prosecutors Say

Federal authorities Tuesday unsealed terrorism charges against a 20-year-old U.S. Army cavalry scout based in Fort Stewart, Ga., who allegedly sympathized with Islamic State in Syria and provided tactical military advice to an undercover federal agent posing as a jihadist.
